Wine tasting

Colour: Garnet colour.
Aroma: Aromas of black fruits, mint, spice and toast in a structured set and huge elegance.
Palate: The palate is full and rich, with balanced tannins, being very persistent and long.
Temperature for serving: 16 – 18ºC.
Quantity produced: 9.000 btl.



Viticulture 

Geology of soil: clay and sandy soils.
Conduct of vineyards: bilateral cordon.
Age of vineyards: 5 years.
Average production: 3.500 kg/ha.



Vinification

A rigorous selection of grapes with a very careful winemaking, controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats and a maturation in French oak barrels during 12 months.
