Tasting Notes

Colour: Presents an intense ruby colour.
Aroma: A wild berry and black tea aroma.
Palate: Soft tannins and a well-balanced acidity.

Vinification: Produced using the traditional process of ageing in stainless steel vats, with a fermentation temperature of approximately 28°C.



Alcohol strength: 13.% vol.

Gastronomy: Should be served at a temperature of 16 to 18° C, to accompany meat dishes and cheese.

Conservation: Bottles should be laid horizontally in a dark and ventilated location, with room temperature between 12 and 13° C and relative humidity of approximately 60%.
