Grapes: Predominantly Alicante Bouschet and Merlot
Harvest: On September12th , the harvest was done manually,and transported in 10 kg boxes to avoid crushing the grapes.
Terroir: Clay
Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank, for three weeks, at a controlled temperature of 24ºC.

Ageing: After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for a 1 year and 8 month in young French oak barrels.
Bottling: May 30th with cork stopper – flor extra category.
Nº of Bottles: 5.718 of 0,75 l and 474 of 1,5 l

Tasting Notes

Colour: Opaque garnet with violet tones.
Aroma: Wild berries with hints of chocolate and vanilla.
Palate: Complex, very soft in the moth. Robust tannins softened by young French oak, creating a longer finish.


Alcohol Volume: 15% vol.
Total Acidity: 5,0 g/l
Reducing Sugar: 0,9 g/l
pH: 3,68
