Grape Variety: Arinto
Vinification: The grapes are handpicked . Fermentation takes place at inox vats at controled temperature (12-14ºC). After a short period of stage in the inox vats, the second fermentation takes place on the bottle for a minimum period of 12 months, being carried out then the remoage, to proceed with the degórgement.

Colour: Citrus colour, shows fine and persistent bubble.
Aroma: With aromas of dried fruits and remember some lime.
Palate: Delicate, denotes freshness and lingering finish. Elegant and harmonious.
Service: We recommend to serve it at 6 - 8ºC.
