Vinification: The harvest is manual, and before the complete destemme, the grapes are carefully selected. The must, obtained by gentle pressing, decante naturally for 48 hours, and then was transfer to French oak barrels, where fermentation takes place.
Stage: The following is a stage in their own barrel of six months, with "batonnage.”
Colour: Citrine color.
Aroma: Aroma of citrus, hints of tropical fruit and oak.
Palate: Expressive. Elegant, fresh and fine textures.
Service: We recommend to serve it at 12ºC.
