Grapes: Aragonez , Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
Vinification: Partial fermentation in stainless steel vats with destemming and another part in stainless steel winepresses. Short maceration and fermentation temperature is of 26ºC.
Winemaker: Filipe Sevinate Pinto / Susana Correia

Tasting Notes

Colour: It presents an intense ruby colour.
Aroma: Red fruit and black tea.
Palate: Soft tannins and a balanced acidity.
Service: Accompanies meat dishes and cheeses at the ideal temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
