Tasting Notes

Colour: Presents a ruby colour.
Aroma: Fruity, menthol and plum aroma, high quality oak barrels.
Taste: Soft tannins and a well-balanced acidity.

Vinification: Produced using the traditional process of ageing in stainless steel vats, with a fermentation temperature of approximately 28° C.

Ageing: 6 months ageing in small french and american oak barrels.

Alcohol strength: 14.0% vol.;
Total acidity: 5.6 g/l of tartaric acid;
pH: 3.66;
Residual sugar: 3.9 g/l.

Gastronomy: Should be served at a temperature of 16 to 18° C, to accompany cheese and meat dishes.

Conservation: Bottles should be laid horizontally in a dark and ventilated location, with room temperature between 12 and 13° C and relative humidity of approximately 60%. Wine not stabilized and bottled without filtration.
