Tasting Notes

Colour: Opaque with hints of red blood.
Aroma: Complex nose, with hints of violets, gum rockrose and cocoa.
Palate: Ample mouth, with freshness and depth. Lengthy finish.

Storage: Lying down at a temperature of 15°C.

Serving: Serve at a temperature of 16°C.

Pairing: Suggestions Especially recommended served with grilled red meats and stuffed poultry.
