Aroma: Complex nose with hints of black fruits, gum rockrose and mineral.
Palate: Ample mouth with freshness and depth. Lengthy finish.

Storage: Lying down at a temperature of 15°C.

Serving: Serve at a temperature of 16°C.

Pairing: Suggestions Especially recommended served with grilled red meats and stuffedpoultry.
