Vinification: Manual harvest. Cold maceration, followed carbon steeping for 7 days.
Ageing: 12 Months of aging in french oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Color: Bright ruby.
Aroma: Opulent red fruit like cherry and raspberry.
Taste: Presents a medium body, fresh and with a structure vibrant ripe tannins, silky and elegant finish.
