Fermentation in stainless steel vats for a 30 day period, followed by 2 to 3 months batonnage. 3 months of bottle staging.

Tasting notes

Colour: Citrus yellow.
Aroma: Hints of tropical fruit, spices and mineral notes.
Palate: Full, fresh and long finish.
Food Pairing: A superb "before lunch" wine excellent with grilled fish, cooked seafood as well as sushi type dishes. Perfect with starters.

Storage Conditions: Store in dark, fresh and dry conditions.
