Production: 7.000 bottles
Winemaker: Paulo Laureano
Vinification: After harvest, exposed to a temperature of 10ºC, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Partially fermented in cylindrical-conical stainless steel vats and French oak vats.
Ageing: Upon malolatic fermentation, it is partially aged in new french oak vats until bottling.
Bottling: Temperature controlled, semi-automatic bottling.

Tasting notes

Colour: Garnet.
Aroma: Fragrance of mint, violets, black fruits in jam, spices and tobacco.
Palate: Gentle softness, with a fresh and long pleasant finish.
Drink by: 16 months after bottling and up to 6 years, shelf life.
Recommemended serving temperature: 15º C / 16º C
Food Pairing: This is an excellent wine for red grilled meats, game meat or typical stew dishes.
