Tasting notes

Colour: Soft yellow straw.
Aroma: A wine with a bright colour, fine and persistent bubbles with a richness of aromas of white and citric fruit.
Palate: Shows mineral flavours marked but it´s freshness, originates in an elegant and harmonious wine.
Food Pairing: Excellent for any occasion. Perfect for oyster and salmon based dishes.

Storage Conditions: Store in dark, fresh and dry conditions.
