After harvest, exposed to a temperature of 10ºC, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Fermented in cylindrical-conical stainless steel vats.
Ageing: Upon malolatic fermentation, it is aged in new french oak vats until bottling.

Bottling: Temperature controlled, semi-automatic bottling.

Tasting notes

Colour: Garnet.
Aroma: Notes of black fruits, some floral hints, mint, toast and green coffee.
Palate: It shows structure and balance in the mouth, with a set of solid and robust tannins that will assure you pleasure and longevity.
Drink by: 12 Months after bottling and up to 8 years.
Recommemended serving temperature: 15º C / 16º C
Food Pairing: It will pair to perfection with mature steer cuts, stewed or oven baked big game meat, a Portuguese style cod, as well as other stewed or baked fish.
