Technical Information

Classification: Regional Wine
Grapes: Alicante Bouschet and Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: Vinified by the traditional process of maceration in stainless steel vats with fermentation temperatures around 26ºC. Aged for 12 months on new barrels of French oak and 12 months in bottles.
Winemaker: Filipe Sevinate Pinto / Susana Correia

Total acidity: 6,1 g/L tartaric acid.
Total sugars: 1,1 g/L

Tasting Notes

Colour: It presents an intense ruby colour.
Aroma: Flowery aroma with black fruits well married to spiced notes.
Palate: Soft tannins and good acidity, which allows it to have a great longevity.
Service: Accompanies meat dishes like lamb stew and black Iberian pig loin with “migas”.
