Grapes: Chardonnay.
Vinification: Initial fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by final fermentation and 3 months of aging on French oak with stirring of the fine lees. Finally, it’s aged for 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes

Colour: A wine of bright golden colour. 
Aroma: Complex on the nose with nuts, white chocolate and toasted notes. 
Palate: Expands on the mouth towards a fresh and long ending.
Service: Accompanies fish dishes and shellfish at the ideal temperature of 11ºC and 12ºC.
