Technical Information

Grape Varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir

Vinification: Produced using the traditional method in stainless steel vats with a fermentation temperature of approximately 18°C.
Winemaker: Filipe Sevinate Pinto


Tasting Notes

Aroma: Presents a floral aroma, notes of honey.
Palate: Elegant of fine bouble, fresh with good acidity and a persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Gastronomy:  Best consumed at 5° C, to accompany grilled fish and, above all, to share good moments.



Alcohol strength: 12.5% vol.; 
Total acidity: 7.5 g/l of tartaric acid;
pH: 3.08; 
Residual sugar: 2,8 g/l.
