Ervideira Invisível - White


VINIFICATION:  A selection of the best grapes of Aragonez, and night harvest (Moon Harvest), originated this wine – Invisível (Invisible). The must is transported in refrigerated truck to the winery. Then, is driven by gravity into the cold chamber, where it remains   to decant for 24 hours at low temperatures. After this process, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and the fermentation takes place at controlled temperature of 12 º C for 15 days.

LONGEVITY: 1 to 2 years

TASTE: Using the aromatic potential of Aragonez, this wine features, aromas of tea (Earl Grey), mint, lemon and sage. In the mouth becames fresh with good acidity, and a very elegant final structure.

HOW TO SERVE:  Between 6 – 8 º C, with sushi, smoked fish and seafood
