Aroma: Predominant in fresh red fruits, wood fruits and hints of toasted grains.
Flavour: Fruity, soft, harmonious and persistent.

Winemaking: Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 82ºF.

When and how to drink: Pairs well with different types of food: mediterranean, indian, chinese and soft cheeses. Drink at 64ºF.
