Climate: Mediterranean with high thermal amplitude.

Confidence in a year that presented itself as clean of deseases combined with a strict regulation of production enabled these vineyards used to the seat withstand without stop maturing until the last week of September. Manual harvest in boxes of 12kg. Production of 1900 kg/ha.
Input to a sorting table followed by destemmed berries slightly crushed. The incubate for French oak bin, it is done by gravity through lift carpets where the tap was leaving immediately drop out the free run juice that would give rise to this Rosé, cold decanted, fermentation lasted for 27 days in stainless steel vat with controlled temperature between 12° C and 14° C.
