Vinification: This wine vinified with selected grapes from old vines is fermented in ancient marble “lagares” using the tradicional foot-treading method.
Ageing: One year in new French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Colour: The wine shows a deep violet colour.
Aroma: Shows a reich bergamot aroma combined with violets.
Taste: Silky, broad, balanced flavour with a good acidity. The end is persistent with round tannins.
