Tasting Notes

Colour: Intense garnet.
Aroma: Berry red fruits with hints of cherry.
Palate: Slight vanilla and floral, with good structure and complexity. Firm but smooth tannins with balanced acidity.
Gastronomy: Red meat, game and cheeses like "Serpa", best served at 18º.
