Grape Varieties:  Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga Nacional

Production:  90.000 bottles

Winemakers: Anselmo Mendes & Diogo Lopes

Vinification:  Total destemming, crushing, fermentatoon in stainless steel tankat controlled temperature (23-26ºC).

Ageing: Aged partially in French oak barrels for 5 months.

Tasting Notes

Colour:  Deep red wine.
Aroma:  Strong wild aroma with cassis notes. Light vegetables.

Serving Suggestions:  Ideal with red meat dishes, hunt and roasts.
