Harvest 2014: Winter rainfall was plentiful, followed by an excellent summer growing season, mild for Alentejan standards. An early harvest with a rapid end, due to the early arrival of September rains.

Vinification: Made exclusively from selected Touriga Nacional grapes hand picked at optimum maturity from chosen sites in our own vineyards. Fermented without stems under temperature control, frequent delestage, followed by extended skin maceration to enhance varietal fruit characters, and to provide tannin structure and balance. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes
