Harvest 2016: 2016 vintage was marked by atypical weather. A warm and dry winter preceded a cold, wet spring. Summer was hot and dry, allowing for undisturbed ripening.
 

Vinification: Crafted from early picked Aragonez (Tempranillo) and Merlot, pressed and fermented together. After 24 hours of skin maceration, only the free-run was selected. Matured on fine lees with regular agitation for 2 months.
 

 

Winemaker's comments

Attractive pale pink colour. Aromas of red currants wtth marmalade notes. Delicate, well balanced palate with fresh fruit flavors, with a nice dry finish.
