Vinification: At the vineyard the grapes areharvested manually to 14kgs containers. The grapes are carefully chosen in the selection tables, followed by a gentle skin maceration to achieve the desired colour. Fermentation of 20 days at 14ºC. The whole process takes 4 months.


Tasting Notes

Colour: Pink, salmon.
Aroma: Candies and raspberry.
Palate: Freshness, red fruit notes, good acidity.
Gastronomy: Fish and seafood.
Consumption: 8-10ºC (recommended temperature)
