Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah

Vinification: Mechanical harvest during the night to ensure the grapes will arrive fresher to the winery. With the same purpose of colling the grapes, they will pass through the exchanger 6ºC. The crushing with a winepress is made for 6 to 8 days at a controled temperature of 26ºC during fermentation process. Maturation in stainless steel for about 6 months.


Tasting Notes

Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Red fruit, honey and hazelnut notes.
Palate: Ripe red pepper, elegant taninns and fresh ending.
Gastronomy: Grilled food, pastas.
Consumption: 16-18ºC (recommended temperature)
