Harvest 2016

Characterized by very favorable growing season conditions and led to one of the best vintages in recent years. Cold and dry winter, warm and dry summer, free of heat waves, dry September.

Well ripened fruit. Fermented without stems under controlled temperature, with frequent delestage.

Stored in stainless steel tanks before early bottling, unfined and filtered.

Tasting Notes

Attractive mix of red and dark berry fruit aromas with some minty notes. Solid, well focused palate with a nice fresh acidity on the finish.
