Climate: Mediterranean with continental features. Medium rainfall 400/450 mm per year.
Vinification: Grapes destemmed and then pressed by the free-run process with a previous decantation of the must ( 48 hours) at a temperature of 10º C. Fermented at a controlled temperature of 16/18º C.
Colour: Citrus to light straw.
Aroma: A white wine with an intense fruity aroma of tropical fruits and some minerality.
Palate: In the mouth it is well balanced, fresh and has a persistant ending.
