Grape Varieties: Aragonez, Trincadeira and Castelão
Vinification Process: The grapes are harvested during the night, to maintain alff the freshness and aromas that we desire in this wine. They fermnented is in stainless still vat at controlled temperature during 6 to 8 days.

Tasting Notes

This wine has a good balance between fresh fruitiness and softness of its palate. It´s good on its own or with white meat and vegetarian dishes.
Serving: Best drunk at 16º - 18ºC.
