Classification: Alentejo D.O.C. Wine
Varieties: Fernão Pires, Roupeiro and Verdelho.
Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.
Stored bottles: 50.000 units

 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Citrus yellow colour.
Aroma: Fruity and fresh aroma. Hints of white pulp fruit and orange blossoms.
Palate: Fresh, creamy and persistent in the palate.
Production: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16º C.
Expected Longevity: 2-3 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature of 8º C.

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
