Vinification: Grapes harvested by hand and carefully fermented at controlled temperature. This wine aged during 5 months on fine lees.



Tasting notes

Aroma: This elegant fresh white wine shows aromas of lemony and tropical fruits with a slight spicy edge.
Palate: The palate is well balanced with slight acidity and rich-textured fruit.
