Capreolus Red


Grape Varieties: Aragonez, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon e Alicante Bouschet
Area: 25 hectares
Vineyard: Planted in clay and limestone soils, on a gentle slope facing south, the vine rows are oriented north-south. The vineyard is managed under an accurate sustainable agriculture farming system.

Vinification: The grapes were handpicked to small boxes at early morning hours. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Temperature-controlled, 24ºc - 26ºc, alcoholic fermentation.
