Age of vineyards: 11 years.
Density of planting: About 3300 plants / hectare
Grape Varieties: Trincadeira, Castelão and Aragonez.
Harvest: Manual harvesting/ in boxes of 18 Kg
Yield: About 6 tons / hectare.
Maceration: Fermentation at controlled temperature followed by maceration.
Aging: During three months in barrels of French and American oak.
