This is a full-bodied wine with lively acidity that is ideal to accompany robust dishes such as rich soups, roasted or grilled meats, game, meat or vegetable stews, pâtés and medium to long cured cheeses.
Aging
This wine has been aged in medium toasted used French oak barrels for 18 months and a minimum of 6 months in bottles.
Consumption notes
This wine can be drunk immediately but will gain more complexity with aging in the bottle for 2 to 3 years in a private cellar.

This wine is produced exclusively using traditional natural methods and without any animal products.
