Cabernet Sauvignon Monsaraz

Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon

Climate: Mediterranean climate with very hot, dry summers and cool winters with concentrated periods of rain (600mm/year). In the summer season there are great thermal amplitudes, with sunshine of over 3000 hours per year.


Tasting Notes

Colour: Wine of a bright garnet colour.
Aroma: On the nose there are aromas of wild fruits and black pepper, vanilla and chocolate.
Palate: In the mouth it is structured and elegant and has a prolonged after taste.

Ageing and Consumption: the bottles shall be laid down in a cool place (around 12ºC). It should be drunk in a short space of time, or should you prefer, you can let it age 4 to 6 years.

Gastronomy: It is a good accompaniment to game. It shall be drunk at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
