Vinification: The Adega Coop. Borba is above all recognized for its wines but it has a long tradition in the production of brandies too.
The ACB is a quality brandy obtained from the destillation of genuine white wines of the region of Borba. This lot was made mainly with a brandy distilled in the year of 1976.

Tasting Notes

Visual appearance: Limpid aspect, with golden color and gray topaz nuances, a characteristic of the age and the long aging in wood of national oak.
Olfactory aspect: Intense and complex aroma, with predominance of dry fruits, honey and passes of fig.
Aspect gustatory: A fine flavor, delicate, smooth and with long persistence of nuts and almond.

How to serve: This brandy should be served at room temperature.

Gastronomy: As digestive in the end of an excellent meal, in good company, and after a creamy coffee with the coherence of a good cigar. Consume in the immediate, but it could be aged in the bottle.
