Tasting Notes

This red wine shows a lot of the tipicity of the Borba Region. Made from Trincadeira, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet, vinified in small tanks with moderated maceration, it presents elegance in the aroma, with mineral notes and a good volume in mouth, revealing a long finish with well balanced and persistente acidity.

Consumption: Excellent companion for Game and traditional Alentejo Gastronomy. Must be served at 16ºC.
