Tasting Notes

Trincadeira, Aragonez, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet, vinified in small vats and with prolonged maceration. The taste is dominated by a complex aroma, with intense nuances of minerality and a slight note of the aging wood. In the mouth it is elegant, with soft tannins and notorious unctuousness, well married with balanced and persistent acidity.

Consumption: Perfect to accompany Hunting Dishes and Traditional Alentejo Cuisine. It is advisable to serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
