This is an elegant fresh and young wine perfect to be drunk on any occasion and to accompany cold soups like gazpacho or melon, seafood, white fowl meats, salads, vegetarian tarts, and pies, and sweet or semi-sweet soft or semi-soft paste cheeses.
Aging
This wine is aged for 12 months in hand made 800-liter Tuscan clay amphorae and a minimum of 3 months in bottles.
Consumption notes
This wine can be drunk immediately but will gain elegance with 1 to 2 years of aging in the bottle.
