Gastronomic notes
A light, fresh, aromatic red wine, ideal for drinking to accompany cold soups like gazpacho, seared tuna and swordfish, white fowl meats, salads, vegetarian tarts and pies, and sweet or semi-sweet soft or semi-soft paste cheeses.
Aging
This wine is aged for 12 months in hand made 800-liter Tuscan clay amphorae and a minimum of 3 months in bottles.
Consumption notes
This wine can be drunk immediately and preferably within 1 to 3 years and will not gain significantly with prolonged aging in the bottle.
Production method
This wine is produced exclusively using traditional natural methods and without any animal products.
