Harvest: Middle of August
Vinification: Total de‐stemming before crushing; fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 18°C and 20°C

Color: Citrine, clear and bright
Aroma: The argilla white wine 2014 is characterized by its freshness and acidity.
Palate: It has notes of fruit and is very persistent in the mouth.
Gastronomy: Suitable for fish and shellfish; excellent for convivial moments; consume preferably at 10°C
