Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon
Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting notes

Colour: Concentrated dark colour.
Aroma: Complex aroma showing hints of red ripe fruit, very well mixed with the wood.
Palate: Full bodied, velvety and persistent with a long finish.
Production: Fermented in stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of 26º C followed by a stay of 12 months in french oak barrels and then followed by a stay of at least 6 months inside the bottle.
Expected longevity: 8 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature of 18º C.

pH: 3,40
Residual sugar: 2,2g/L

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
