Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet
Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Intense dark colour.
Aroma: Red fruit aroma, with hints of black chocolate and tobacco leaves.
Palate: In the mouth shows concentration and deepness that leads to a profound and complex finishing.
Production: Fermented in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature of 26º C, followed by a stay of 12 months in new french oak barrels. After the oak barrels it ages at least 6 months inside the bottle.
Expected Longevity: 6 years
Serving: It should be at a temperature of 18ºC.

pH: 3,59
Residual sugar: 0,5g/L

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
