Varieties: Chardonnay, Arinto and Viognier.
Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting Notes

Colour: It has a citrus yellow colour.
Aroma: Citrus blossoms aroma.
Palate: In the mouth shows a light and very fresh taste with a noble and persistent structure.
Production: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15º C.
Expected Longevity: 2-3 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature of 10ºC.

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
