Tasting notes

Colour: It shows a citric yellow color.
Aroma: An intense fruited aroma with white pulp fruit and orange blossoms hints.
Palate: Fresh, creamy and persistent taste.
Production: Fermented in stainless steel tanks, with a controlled temperature of 16º C.
Expected Longevity: 1-3 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature of 8º C.

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
