Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting notes

Colour: It shows a citric yellow color.
Aroma: An intense fruited aroma.
Palate: with a scent of wood and a light and fresh taste.
Production: 2/3 of the fermentation in stainless steel vat, with a controlled fermentation of 17ºC; the 1/3 left fermentate in French oak barrels.
Expected Longevity: 1-3 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature of 10ºC, as an accompanying fish and sea food meets.

Total acidity: 5,3g/L tartaric
pH: 3,2,
Residual sugar: 6,7g/L
Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
