Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting Notes  

Colour: It has an intense ruby color.
Aroma: A red fruits aroma, with hints of vanilla.
Palate: There is a full-bodied velvety flavour.
Production: Fermented in stainless steel tanks, with a controlled temperature of 24º C, followed by a stage of 6 months in french oak.
Expected Longevity: 3-5 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature between 16º - 18º C

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
