Tasting notes

Colour: It has a citrus yellow colour.
Aroma: Intense fruity aroma.
Palate: A light, fresh taste
Production: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15º C.
Expected Longevity: 2 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature of 8º C.

Total acidity: 5,3g/L tartaric
pH: 3,3,
Residual sugar: 0,2g/L

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
