Tasting Notes
Colour: Intense dark colour. In the mouth shows concentration and deepness.
Aroma: Red fruit aroma, with hints of black chocolate and tobacco leaves.
Palate: In the mouth shows concentration and deepness.
Production: Fermented in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature of 26º C, followed by a stage of 12 months in new french oak barrels. After the oak barrels it ages at least more 6 months inside the bottle
Expected Longevity: 6 years
Serving: It should be at a temperature between 16º - 18º C.
